rhGM-CSF凝胶联合LEEP治疗CIN的疗效研究

The therapeutic effect on CIN by rhGM-CSF Gel with LEEP

目的研究宫颈电热圈环切术(LEEP)联合外用重组人粒细胞巨噬细胞刺激因子(rhGM-CSF)凝胶治疗宫颈上皮内瘤变(CIN)的疗效。方法选择CIN患者62例,分为治疗组42例和对照组20例,均行LEEP治疗,术后创面分别外敷rhGM-CSF凝胶和无菌纱布,术后随访半年,观察两组疗效及并发症发生率,并进行统计学分析。结果两组有效率分别为100.00%和80.00%,并发症发生率分别为2.38%和25.0%,两者间比较均有显著差异(P<0.05)。结论 ZLEEP联合rhGM-CSF凝胶治疗CIN可提高疗效,减少并发症的发生率。

Objective To study the therapeutic effect for CIN treated by loop electrosurgical excision procedure（LEEP） with recombinant human granulocyte macrophage colony stimulating factor （rhGM-CSF） gel. Methods 62 cases CIN patients were chosen divided into the treatment group of 42 patients and the control group of 20 patients. They were all treated by LEEP, and the rhGM-CSF gel and the sterile gauze were respectively applied externally to the postoperative wound. The postoperative follow-up will last for half a year, and the curative effect of the two groups and the incidence of complications were observed. Finally, the statistical analysis were made. Results The effective rate of the two groups was respectively 100.0% and 80.0% ,and the complication rate was 2.38% and 25.0%. There were significant differences between them （P 〈 0.05）. Conclusion The treatment for CIN by LEEP with rhGM-CSF gel can improve the curative effect, and can reduce the incidence of complications.
