疏肝理气汤与吗丁啉治疗功能性消化不良的效果观察

Effect observation of Shuganliqi decoction and domperidone in treatment of functional dyspepsia

目的比较疏肝理气汤与吗丁啉治疗功能性消化不良的临床效果。方法选择我科确诊为功能性消化不良的患者66例,随机分为两组,中药组服用疏肝理气方剂,西药组在常规治疗基础上加用吗叮啉。比较两组治疗前后的胃泌素水平、血液动力学指标。结果两组患者的胃泌素水平治疗前无差异,两组治疗后均比治疗前胃泌素水平增加,但中药组治疗后的胃泌素水平明显高于西药组。两组治疗前各项血流变值比较差异无统计学意义;中药组治疗后各项血流变值均较治疗前下降,西药组治疗前后血流变值无明显变化。中药组治疗后的血流变值均较西药组下降。结论疏肝理气汤对治疗功能性消化不良效果显著,是从整体角度对患者进行治疗并使其病情明显改善,是一种辨证施治的方法,临床上应引起足够重视。

Objective To compare clinical effect of Shugan Liqi Decoction and domperidone in treatment of functional dyspepsia. Methods Choosed the subjects diagnosed with functional dyspepsia patients 66 cases, were randomly divided into 2 groups, Chinese medicine group taking liver qi in TCM, western medicine group in the conventional treatment com- bined with domperidone. Comparison of the two groups before and after treatment, the levels of gastrin and hemodynamies. Results In two groups of patients with gastrin levels before treatment showed no difference, two group after treatment than before treatment increased gastrin levels. But traditional Chinese medicine group after treatment of gastrin levels were sig- nificantly higher in the western medicine group. The two groups before treatment the blood rheologic values compare differ- ence not to have statistical significance. Traditional Chinese medicine group after treatment the blood rheologic values than before treatment decreased, western medicine group before and after treatment with blood flow values did not change. Tra- ditional Chinese medicine group after treatment of blood rheology were a western medicine group decreased. Conclusion Shuganliqi decoction on functional dyspepsia treated with obvious effect, from the overall perspective for the treatment of patients and their condition improved significantly, is a kind of syndrome differentiation and treatment method, clinical at- tention should be paid.
