县级中等职业学校学生就业现状及对策

Current Situation and Countermeasures of the Employment Situation of County-level Secondary Vocational School's Students

目前,我国的劳动力供求形势正发生根本性变化,劳动力的供求矛盾正在减弱,但结构性矛盾正变得越来越突出。县级中等职业学校学生就业率较高的同时,还存在着一些不容忽视的问题。只有多管齐下、坚持不懈,才能有效地改善县级中等职业学校毕业生的就业状况,提高其社会地位,并逐步建立起有利于形成技能型人才成长良好环境的长效机制。

At present,China’s labor supply and demand situation is undergoing fundamental change,the contradiction between supply and demand of labour is on the decline,but is becoming increasingly prominent structural contradictions.Secondary vocational school students in the county level while maintaining high levels of employment,there is also a problem not to be ignored.Only a multi-pronged and persistence in order to effectively improve the employment situation of graduates of secondary vocational schools at the county level,to improve their social status,and gradually establish a good environment conducive to the formation of skilled talents mechanism.
