广东梅州PCB工业园废水处理工程实例

摘要：广东梅州经济开发区PCB（印制线路板）污水处理厂是全国较大的PCB废水膜技术应用项目，其设计总水量为30000m3／d，回用60％，一期12000m3／d。项目采用分类分质处理方法，传统成熟工艺与先进膜技术相结合的处理工艺，使废咏能够稳定达到处理要求，其中COD〈50mg／L，Cu〈05mg／L，NH3-N〈8mg／L。

The total amount of water is 30000 m3/d, while the first phase is 12000 m3/d. The reuse rate is 60%. The project is using assorted collection and processing, meanwhile combing traditional and advanced MBR processing in order to match standard steady, which COD is less than 50 mg/L, Cu is less than 0.5 mg/L, NH3-N is less than 8mg/L.
