摘要
以马铃薯脱毒苗为材料,进行诱导根原始体营养液配方筛选试验。结果表明:以配方5的根原始体形成效果最佳,诱导根原始体株数最多,生根率、根原始体直径较高,其次为配方8,与其他处理的差异极显著。
With potato virus-free seedlings as material,the original nutrient solution formula screening test was carried out in the study.The results showed that the original formation of root in formula 5 had the best effect ,the number of the original induced root was the most ,it had high rooting rate and diameter of the original root, followed by formula 8.They had extremely significant difference with other treatments.
