摘要
针对工业控制器在进行软硬件平台更新时应复用原有成熟可靠技术的需求,研究工业控制器设计与实现中对软硬件平台的相关度,提出一种工业控制器跨平台特性设计方法,包括硬件抽象层、操作系统抽象层、软件架构设计及实现。通过该设计方法对集散控制系统控制器进行跨平台特性设计,形成虚拟控制器。应用结果证明,该方法能够达到技术复用要求,提高开发效率和成熟度,满足工业控制系统的高性能和高可靠性要求。
Aiming at the requirements of reusing the most sophisticated technology in development of new platform industrial controller. This paper studies the hardware and software platform dependence of industrial controller during its design and implementation. An applicable cross-platform feature of industrial controller is designed, including the method and principles of the design and implementation of hardware abstract layer, operating system abstract layer and software architecture. The design which is applied to controller of Distributed Control System(DCS) helps the implementation of a virtual controller. Application result shows that it meets the requirements and the method greatly improves the development efficiency and product maturity, and consequently meets the needs of high performance and high reliability of industrial control systems.
