摘要
鲁班学艺的故事对我国高职教育改革有许多启示:建立与高职教育特点相适应的招生考试制度;改革传统的职教模式;建立一支"技能型教师"队伍;建立以培养学生岗位职业能力和职业道德为主的评价机制。
The story Luban Learns Carpentry story brings many enlightenment to our country vocational education reform: establishment of recruitment of students test system which adapts to the vocational education characteristic ; reform of the traditional teaching pattern and establishment of the skilled teacher's troop ; the establishment of appraisal mechanism which focus on the student post professional ability and the occupational ethics.
