Investigation and Analysis on the Self-management Behavior in Patients with Pulmonary Tuberculosis

目的:了解肺结核患者的自我管理行为能力,对不同认知能力的病人实施针对性的管理措施。方法:门诊病人填写认知调查表,自愿参加调查。结果:通过资料分析,提出从传染性、服药意识、情绪控制、生活方式4个方面提高自我管理行为能力。结论:肺结核患者的职业、年龄、文化背景、经济条件决定了患者自我管理行为的能力。

Purpose： To understand the capacity of self - management of patients and to implement targeted management measures on pulmonary tuberculosis patients with different cognitive abilities. Methods： Adopt an out- patient filling in cognition questionnaire; make the person volunteer to participate in investigation. Result： Through data analysis from infectious, drug awareness, emotional control, lifestyle four aspects to improve self - management behavior. Conclusion： the occupation, age, cultural background and economic conditions of the tuberculosis patients determine the ability of their self - management behavior.
