摘要
通过分析我国建立和完善公立医院绩效考核体系的重要性和必要性,并借鉴国内外公立医院绩效考核的经验与做法,提出建立和完善绩效考核体系建设的思考,包括目标、评价方法的选择、维度考量、指标选择、指标权重系数的确定、考核结果的应用、保障措施等,以期对公立医院绩效考核体系的建立和完善起到促进作用。
The paper first analyses the importance and necessity of establishing performance assessment system in Chinese public hospitals,and then makes a profound survey of the performance assessment systems in public hospitals at home and abroad.At last,with the purpose of facilitating the system's improvement,it also proposes some suggestions which should help to define specific targets,to select appropiate appraisal methods,dimensions,indexes,and index weight coefficient,to apply assessment results effectively and to make clear safeguard measures.
