摘要
选用高密度聚乙烯(HDPE)/甲基乙烯基硅橡胶(MVQ)/三元乙丙橡胶(EPDM)为基材,研究了MH用量、表面改性和阻燃剂复配,以及交联剂等对共混体系力学性能和阻燃性能的影响。结果表明:γ-甲基丙烯酰氧基丙基三甲氧基硅烷(KH570)对MH改性效果较好,可有效提高MH与基体的相容性。MH/APP复配阻燃体系具有协同作用,比例为55/15时LOI最高。2,5-二甲基-2,5-双(过氧化叔丁基)己烷(KMP-C8)作为交联剂其用量2.0phr最佳。
The selection and compounding of high density polyethylene(HDPE),methyl vinyl silicone rubber(MVQ) and ethylene propylene diene monomer(EPDM) as base polymers are studied,in which the effect of surface modification and composite of flame retardant,dosage of crosslinking agent and so on on the properties was further investigated.Results indicated that silane coupling agent(KH570)could increase compatibility of MH in basic resin.The result of LOI showed there was synergistic action in MH/APP composite flame retardant and its optimal proportion was 55/15.The optimal dosage of crosslinking agent(KMP-C8) was 2.0 phr.
