摘要
用火焰原子吸收法测定了不同品种的辣椒及辣椒籽中的金属元素如铜、锌、锰、铁、镁、钠、镍、钾等的含量。测定结果表明,辣椒籽中的微量金属元素铜、锌、锰、铁、镁的含量明显高于辣椒皮,由此提出了对辣椒籽进行深加工,从而对其营养元素充分利用的商业前景。
The content of metal elements such as copper, zinc, manganese, iron, magnesium, sodium, nickel and potassium in capsicum samples were determined by using atomic absorption spectrometry (AAS). It is found that the content of copper, zinc, manganese, iron and magnesium in capsicum seeds are higher than those in capsicum skin. New ways of using metal elements in capsicum seeds will have potential commercial value.
