摘要
红没药醇是自然界中存在较多的倍半萜烯类化合物之一,在医药行业以及香料香精化妆品中应用广泛;异红没药醇是2003年新发现的一种天然产物,其β异构体具有令人愉快的铃兰花香,受到调香师和香料化学家的重视。现对红没药醇和异红没药醇的合成方法进行综述,为红没药醇的开发利用提供借鉴。
Bisabolol is one of the most widely found sesquiterpene compounds exsiting in nature. It is widely used in the pharmaceutical industry, as well as in fragrance and cosmetics industries, iso-Bisabolol is the natural product discovered in 2003, and its fl-isomer has a strong floral, muguet-like, and very pleasant scent, which has drawn the attention of perfumers and perfume chemists. This paper provides a reference for the synthesis and application of bisabolol and iso-bisabolol.
