摘要
本文认为,“风景名胜区股票上市”论争的实质是风景资源应否进行和如何进行旅游经营的问题。作者对于风景资源权益、它的功能、它的价值评价、风景区门票的意义,以及如何看待风景旅游经济等问题,提出了自己的理解,并对论争中正反双方的立场提出了批评性质疑。
The auther holds that the essence of the controversy over scenic - spot stock and marketing (SSSM)is whether or not the scenic and landscape resources should be managed for tourism and how it does. The author presents his understanding on the following issues, i. e., the ownership of scenic and landscape resources, the functions of the resources, the value assessment implications of the tickets of scenic spots, and the landscape - based tourist economy. The positions held by the pros and cons of SSSM are critically questioned.[
