输液港在造血干细胞移植患者中的使用和维护

Use and maintenance of infusion port in the hematopoietic stem cell transplant patients

目的保护造血干细胞移植患者的外周静脉,保证药物按时按量输注;减少并发症的发生。方法在手术室锁骨中外1/3穿刺,将导管经锁骨下静脉送入上腔静脉,再将导管经皮下隧道与皮袋内的注射袋连接后将整个装置植入皮下。结果应用输液港20例,无并发症发生。结论植入式静脉输液港保证输液质量,护理方便,感染率低,减轻患者痛苦,提高了患者的生存质量。

[ Objective ] To protect peripheral vein from hematopoietic stem cell transplantation in patients, to en- sure that drug infusion time and quantity and to reduce the occurrence of complications. [Methods] 20 patients were punctured from 1/3 of clavicle in the operating room, the cathetered through the subclavian vein into the supe- rior vena cava, and then implanted the device under the skin following the subcutaneous tunnel connected with leather bags. [Results ] The infusion port application of 20 cases, no complications occurred. [ Conclusions] The implantable venous infusion port can ensure infusion quality and ease nursing with low the infection rate, meanwhile reduce the suffering of patients, improve the quality of life of patients.
