非婴儿期的完全性肺静脉异位引流治疗效果分析

Surgical treatment for total anomalous pulmonary venous beyond infancy

目的研究非婴儿期的完全性肺静脉异位引流患者的手术治疗效果。方法选取2001年1月~2011年12月18例年龄为1~22岁（平均5.3岁）的TAPVC患者在全身麻醉、浅低温、体外循环下行TAPVC矫治手术,其中2例心上型采用左房顶入路。结果 18例患者均痊愈出院;无术后早期病死及重大术后并发症发生;痊愈患者随访10~40个月,心功能正常。结论非婴儿期TAPVC患者可行TAPVC矫治手术,并取得满意效果。

[Objective] To investigate the effect in treating patients with total anomalous pulmonary venous be- yond infancy. [Methods] 18 cases aged 1-22 years （mean 5.3 years） underwent TAPVC correction surgery under hypothermia and cardiopulmonary bypass between January 2001 and December 2011. Two supracardiac patients were operated on through the top approach of left atrium. [ Results ] All recovered with normal cardiac function after 10N40 months follow-up. No early death or major postoperative complications occurred. [ Conclusions ] TAPVC cor- rection surgery can be carried out safely with satisfied results.
