农村中小学教师培训的实践探索--以湖南省为例 被引量:11

Practical Exploration on Rural Primary and Secondary Teacher Training——Take Hunan Province as Example

摘要 农村中小学教师培训是提高农村中小学教师队伍整体素质的重要手段。针对农村中小学教师队伍以及教师培训工作的突出矛盾和问题,当前须从适当强化"以县为主"、着力建设体系化课程资源、积极推进网络校本培训、大力提升培训组织功能、切实突出培训质量效益等方面,积极创新农村中小学教师培训的管理体制、培训内容、培训模式、机构建设和培训评价。 Rural primary and secondary teacher training is an important means to improve the overall quality of rural primary and secondary teachers. According to the status of teachers and the prominent contradictions and problems of teacher training for rural primary and secondary teachers, it should innovate the management system, training content, training mode, institution construction and training evaluation vigorously for rural primary and secondary teacher training from many aspects, such as suitably strengthening "county-oriented", energetically building systematized curriculum resources, actively promoting school-based training under the internet, zealously boosting the function of training and organization, and realistically protruding the quality and benefits of training.
