Foreign trade and financial situations in U.S.A,Japan and EU have been changed signtficantly after the Asian economic crises.These changes cannot be the only cause of the negative effect of crises,but they have to be closely linked to the growth rate differential between these developed economices and so on.According to the recent worldwide economic situations,the auther gives an outlook of these adjustments.
