摘要
针对企业信息化资源整合的特点,本文提出了企业信息化资源整合模型。该模型运用"成本—效益"分析(cost-benefit analysis,CBA)法和"成本—效能"分析(cost-effectiveness analysis,CEA)法,从成本角度对企业信息化资源整合方案进行评估,同时考虑效益及效能方面的表现,并量化了CBA和CEA方法中涉及的成本、效益及效能指标,确定了用于企业信息化资源整合的基本原则。
Aimed at the feature of information system resource consolidation, this paper presented a model for information system resource consolidation. The model uses cost-benefit analysis and cost-effectiveness analysis methods to evaluate the enterprise information system resource consolidation plan from cost view, and the performance of benefit and effectiveness. The paper also qualifies the index of cost, benefit and effectiveness in CBA and CEA, and determines the principles for information system resource consolidation.
