日本产业结构变迁与经济增长

Industrial Structure Improvement and the Economic Growth of Japan

本文从产值和就业两个角度梳理了1955～2009年间日本三次产业结构的变动过程,发现三次产业升级进程明显,特别是在第二产业内部,日本制造业升级更加突出。本文定义了产业结构高级化和合理化两种指标衡量,计算结果显示日本产业结构一直处在向高级化和合理化转变的过程中。通过检验日本47个县55年面板数据产业结构指标与经济增长之间的关系发现,产业结构高级化和合理化对经济增长均有正面影响,但是在不同阶段对经济增长的影响不同。最后在借鉴日本产业结构发展的基础上对我国产业结构调整提出了相关建议。

This paper checked the development of Japan′s industry structure upgrade from 1955 to 2009 by value and employment.Especially in manufacture there was a more obvious tendency of promotion.This paper redefined the index of industrial structure advancing and rationalization and the result showed that Japan has been in the passageway of such transformation.An empirical test of 44 prefectural panel data for 55years illustrated that both advancing and rationalization had a positive but different effect on economy growth in various stages.At last some suggestions were given by Japanese experience.
