摘要
建立气相色谱法测定食品中甜蜜素。通过优化前处理和色谱条件,使用HP-5色谱柱,甜蜜素质量浓度在0.2~1.0 mg/mL内呈良好线性关系,其线性回归方程为y=948.5x-38.9,相关系数r=0.999 1,平行试验相对标准偏差1.3%,方法的最低检出限为0.002 g/kg,样品加标回收率为97%~102%。该方法具有操作简便、准确度和稳定性较好等特点。
To establish a method for sodium cyclamate by gas chromatography,through optimization of pretreatment and chromatographic conditions to determine the sodium cyclamate,sodium cyclamate was extracted from samples with Hexane and then HP-5 capillary column was used for separation,and detected by FID.The linear range of the method was 0.2~1.0 mg/mL with the correlation coefficient of 0.999 1.The recovery rate was 97%~102% and the detection limit was 0.002 g/kg.The results showed that this method was simple,rapid and accurate with high recovery.It could be used to determine sodium cyclamate in food.
