DSC法测定甜菊糖在乙醇中的常压比热容 被引量:3

The Specific Heats at Constant Pressure of Aqueous Mixtures of Steviosides with Ethanol Measured with DSC

摘要 利用差示量热扫描仪(DSC),在288.15-328.15 K温度范围内,测定了不同浓度的甜菊糖RA40-乙醇溶液比热,利用非线性最小二乘法建立比热与RA40浓度和温度的经验方程。该方程的计算值与试验值比较得出,相对百分误差均小于1.5%。可用于溶液结晶提纯RA及相关体系热量平衡的计算。 The specific heats of aqueous mixtures of steviosides with ethanol were measured with a differential scanning calorimeter(DSC) at the temperature from 288.15~328.15 K over the different concentration.And correlated equations which explained the connection of the specific heats and the concentration and temperature of RA40 were obtained by a nonlinearity least-squares regression method.The calculated values had been compared with experimental data.The percentage deviation was all lower than 1.5%.The proposed equation can be used for the crystallization in the solution to purify RA and the calculation of heat balance of relative system.
