论海南非物质文化遗产的保护与旅游开发

On the Protection of Intangible Cultural Heritage in Hainan and Tourism Development

海南国际旅游岛的建设,使海南非物质文化遗产的保护与旅游开发的关系变得微妙起来。旅游是"看"的经济,非物质文化遗产保护则不存在商业目标。旅游的产业化对非现代的文化方式提供了资金等保护,但又迫使一些传统文化方式因"被看"的改造而破坏了其核心文化价值。论题试图通过对二者关系的梳理,并找出切实可行的双赢策略。

The construction of Hainan International Tourism Island brings the protection of Hainan intangible cultural heritage clash with local tourism development. Compared with the protection of intangible cultural herit, age, tourism is a ＂visual＂ economy with commercial objectives. Its industrialization, on the one hand, provides capital for the protection of those non-modern cultural modes; on the other hand, it forces some of non-modern cultures to ＂be seen＂ and undermines the core value of them. This paper attempts to trim the relationship of the two and to find a practical win-win strategy.
