深入研究民主党派"同心"思想,不但能科学地分析我国多党合作制度框架中"一元"与"多元"的辩证统一关系,而且能更好地提炼我国多党合作制度的价值意蕴,把握其内在运作逻辑和制度创新能力,从而拓宽我国多党合作制度的合法性资源。在"同心"实践的推进上,一方面,要坚持用"进步性"引领"广泛性",探索思想教育的新机制;另一方面,要坚持以"制度化"结合"民主化",探索制度培育意识的新途径。

Thorough research on ＂One Mind＂ thought of democratic parties not only allows us to scientifically analyzes the relations of dialectical unity between ＂monism＂ and ＂pluralism＂ in China＇s multi - party cooperation system, but also helps us abstract the value implication of China＇s multi - party cooperation system, understand its operational logic and capacity of system innovation, thus expanding the legitimate resources of the multi - party cooperation system. With respect to promoting ＂ One Mind＂ practice, we must insist in guiding the ＂ extensiveness＂ with ＂ progressive- ness＂, to explore new mechanism of ideological education ; on the other hand, we must combine ＂institutionalization＂ with ＂democratization＂,to explore new way of developing awareness of institutionalization.
