Focus Evolution and the Nature of the Party's Ideological Building since the 16^(th) National Congress of CPC

十六大以来党的思想建设的重心演进,其主体经历了三个阶段,即集中学习宣传研究"三个代表"重要思想阶段、集中形成确立宣传科学发展观阶段、集中学习宣传研究中国特色社会主义理论体系阶段。十六大以来党的思想建设的演进实质是"正确认识和对待马克思主义"的问题,体现在"继承与创新相结合,推进马克思主义创新化;理论与实践相结合,推进马克思主义实践化;马克思主义与我国实际相结合,推进马克思主义中国化;改造主观世界与改造客观世界相结合,推进马克思主义人格化"的整体过程中。

The focus of the Party＇s ideological building has been on three phases since the 16th National Congress of CPC. to learn, to publicize and to advance the study of ＂Three Representatives＂; to establish and publicize the Scientific Outlook on Development; to learn and publicize the theoretical system of social- ism with Chinese features. The nature of such ideological evolution is a process of ＂how to understand and form correct attitude toward Marxism＂, in which Marxism is progressed ＂through heritance and innova- tion＂, comprehensively forwarded through the integration of theory with practice, localized according to the situations of China, and personified by combining subjective world with objective world.
