韩国政府反腐倡廉策略及其对我国的启示

The Implementation of Anti-corruption Strategies by Korea's Government and the Significance to China

韩国曾经是一个腐败问题比较严重的国家之一。为打击腐败和发展经济,韩国走过了一条曲折的反腐败道路,并经过多年的努力正在逐步走向清廉的国家。综观其反腐历程,韩国政府所采取的行政伦理法制化策略、政府运作"阳光机制"策略、加大腐败成本策略、鼓励社会力量参与反腐败策略等,对有效遏制与消除公职人员和公共部门的腐败起到了十分重要的作用,确实有不少经验值得中国借鉴。

Korea has made great efforts to fight against corruption and develop its economy, and now a clean and honest government is being built. The successful implementation of anti-corruption strategies in- cluding the legalization of administrative ethics, the ＂sunshine mechanism＂ of government operation, the increase of corruption cost and the participation of nongovernmental sectors in anti-corruption plays impor- tant role in restraining and eliminating corruption by civil servants and public sectors. All this is beneficial to China to refer to in fighting against its corruption.
