高校图书馆采访要有利于实现学校的办学方针——以延边大学图书馆为例

Book Acquisition and the Implementation of Policy for Higher Education——A case study of Library of Yanbian University

采访是通过图书资料的选择和征集,充实馆藏资源的有效途径。高校图书馆采访工作者应该密切关注高校教学改革中出现的新问题、新动向,制定行之有效的图书采访计划,充分利用高校图书采购资金。采访工作中要坚持有利于高校的学科、专业建设和科研工作,坚持提升大学生综合素质为前提的原则,最终要保证高校办学方针的贯彻落实。

Book acquisition is an efficient way to enrich the resource of a library. Purchasing agents from u- niversity libraries should pay close attention to new problems and new trends in the reform of teaching, work out effective plans for the acquisition and make full use of the procurement funds. The work not only should adhere to the principles which are beneficial to discipline construction and students＇ comprehensive quality promotion, but also can ensure the implementation of the policy for higher education.
