摘要
研究虚拟注射成型系统中如何使机构运动仿真和工艺仿真达到统一的关键问题。针对虚拟注射成型系统只能实现简单的运动仿真的现状,提出了一种新颖的建模方法与仿真技术:采用OpenGL图形显示技术结合三维建模软件,通过引入骨骼动画和骨骼蒙皮动画逼真地实现了复杂的注射机运动仿真。同时,为了提高工艺仿真的实时性,采用注射成型过程仿真软件和成型工艺窗口相结合的方法实现工艺仿真。开发出了虚拟塑料成型仿真系统,可以对HTL160等多种型号的注射机以及各种类型的模具成形过程进行仿真,在实际教学中获得了成功应用。
How to integrate the machine motion simulation and the process simulation is a key problem of the vir- tual injection molding system. In allusion to the current situation that only the simple motion simulation can be real- ized in the virtual injection molding system, a novel technology was proposed in this paper. The OpenGL display technology and 3- D modeling software were used in combination in this system. The skeletal animation and the skinned mesh animation were proposed to accomplish the complicated and realistic simulation of injection machine motions. At the same time, the real-time simulation of the molding process was implemented with the method of the injection simulation software and a process window. An injection molding process simulation software called HSCAI was developed. It can simulate kinds of injection machines produced by the HaiTai company and kinds of molds. Up to now, it has been utilized successfully in the actual teaching.
