优化排水直管段流量测量准确性的研究

摘要 研究排水直管段流量的测量精度问题。由于目前传统的测量方法不能有效地减小直管段安装角度造成的误差,导致流量测量的准确度较低。为了优化流量测量的准确性,流体力学湍流双方程理论,建立直管段湍流模型,采用计算流体力学软件Fluent仿真孔板前后压差随着排水直管段安装角度所产生的变化,并得出消除静压差后的流量定量值。仿真结果表明,随着流速增大,角度变化对流量测量准确性的影响越小。仿真结果证明,角接取压在整体测量方法中较为准确,是一种处理流量测量精度问题的有效方法。 Research the improvement of flow measurement accuracy of drainage straight pipe. As the current tra- ditional measurement methods cannot effectively reduce the drainage straight pipe installation error in actual measure- ment, leading to low precision of flow measurement. In order to optimize the flow measurement accuracy of the drain- age straight pipes, a turbulence model of drainage straight pipe was presented based on two-equation theory of fluid turbulence. CFD software Fluent was used to simulate the change in the pressure difference in front and rear of ori- rice, which varries with the installing angles of the straight sections, and obtained the pressure difference value after eliminating the static pressure. Simulation results show that as the velocity increases, the influence of the change in installing angles on measurement accuracy decreases. The experiment proves that single drill tapping method is more accurate among the whole measurement methods and is a good method to deal with the flow measurement accuracy problems.
