摘要
论述的矩形编码与行程编码相结合的图像压缩方法,是针对矩形编码中处理较小区域时空间浪费以及失真和行程编码中最大行程编码受限制等缺点而提出的。该方法处理复杂图像比矩形编码好,在图像不复杂时比行程编码好,具有很好的压缩效率。
In the article an image compression method is elaborated that integrates rectangular encoding and run-length encoding. It is proposed to overcome shortcomings like the waste of memory or distortion while managing small areas with rectangular encoding, and the limitations of maximum run-length encoding in run-length encoding. The method works better than rectangular encoding when dealing with complicated images and better than run-length encoding when dealing with simple images. In a word,it bears very. fine compression efficiency.
