OVERVIEW ON BUSINESS MODELLING TECHNIQUES

业务模型对于描述行业业务、理解业务流程,以及进行业务重组和建设相应的业务信息系统有着不可替代的重要作用。在分析业务建模技术的起源与发展的基础上,对建模技术研究现状进行了较为深入的分析与讨论,重点讨论CIMOSA、ARIS、IDEF系列、Petri网和扩展的UML等当前比较典型的建模方法,分析这些建模方法的特点与存在的主要不足,提出业务建模技术进一步研究的方向性建议。

Business models play an irreplaceable role in describing profession, comprehending business process, carrying on reorganisation of profession business and developing the information system. Based on the analysis on origin and development of the business modelling techniques, this paper gives a quite thorough analysis and discussion on the status quo of modelling techniques research, and the focus is put on the discussion of contemporary typical modelling-methods such as CIMOSA, ARIS, IDEF series, Petri nets, expansion of UML and so on. At the same time, the characteristics and the major lacks of these modelling methods are analysed as well, and the directional suggestions for further research on business modelling techniques are also put forward.
