摘要
移动卫星通信系统俗称"动中通",具有覆盖区域大、通信距离远、通信机动灵活等优点,可以在载体移动过程中通过地球同步卫星实时双向传递语音、数据、高清晰的动态视频图像、传真等多媒体信息的通信系统。目前广泛应用于国家防震减灾、部队作战、公安武警执勤及电视媒体转播、水利林业、气象等行业通信指挥。分析目前通常所见的单套系统的不足,前瞻性地探讨多套系统之间形成联动无缝组网、有效保障通信的方案。
Mobile satellite communication system, with its popular name as "on-moving communication", has the advantages of large region coverage, long communication distance, flexible in communication, etc. It is a communication system that can bidirectionally transmit the multimedia information including voice, data, high-definition dynamic video images and fax while in moving with the carrier through geosynchronous satellite. At present, it has been widely used in the communication and command for industries of the earthquake prevention and disaster mitigation of the state, military operations, policeperson and armed police on-duty and the retransmission of television and media, water conservancy and forestry, meteorology, and so on. In this article we analyse the shortcomings of the single-set systems which are usually encountered, and foresightedly discuss the solutions for linked seamless-networking between multiple systems and effectively supported communication.
