战斗机飞行员与地勤人员激素水平的对比研究

A contrast study on hormone level between fighter plane pilots and ground crew

目的检测歼轰-7飞行员体内激素水平,了解长期飞行训练对飞行员内分泌系统的影响。方法应用放射免疫分析法,检测40名飞行员和30名健康地勤人员血清甲状腺激素、皮质激素和性激素水平并加以对比分析。结果飞行员血清甲状腺激素、皮质激素、性激素水平与地勤人员比较,差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论平素飞行员体内的激素水平保持在正常范围,飞行训练不会影响其身体健康。

Objective To investigate the hormone levels on the JH-7 pilots, and to understand the influence of long-time flight training on the endocrine system of pilots.Methods Using radioimmunoassay to measure and analyze serum thyroid hormones, corticosteroid and sex hormones of 40 pilots and 30 healthy ground crew. Results The difference of serum thyroid hormones, corticosteroids and sex hormones between the pilots and the ground crew is of no statistical significance（P〉0.05）.Conclusion Flight training will not affect their health when the pilots can usually keep a normal range of hormone level.
