Analysis of CA19-9 check results of 1331 physical examination subjects

目的研究肿瘤标志物CA19-9在胰腺癌诊断中的应用。方法对1331例健康查体者CA19-9的检测结果进行分析。结果 CA19-9是胰腺癌和结、直肠癌的标志物,但CA19-9对胰腺癌的特异性不高,很多疾病如胆囊癌、胆管癌、肝癌和胃癌的阳性率也会很高。结论 CA19-9虽然对胰腺癌的特异性不高,但可作为健康查体者筛查胰腺癌的项目。

Objective To study the function of tumor marker CA19-9 in the application of pancreatic cancer diagnosis. Methods The detection results of 1 331 healthy physical examination subjects were collected and analyzed.Results CA19-9 is a marker of pancreatic cancer, colon cancer and rectal cancer, but CA19-9 has not a high specificity to pancreatic cancer, and the positive rate of the diseases such as gallbladder carcinoma, cholangio carcinoma, liver cancer and stomach cancer is likely to be very high.Conclusion Though CA19-9 has not a high specificity to pancreatic cancer, it can still be an item for screening pancreatic cancer for physical examination subjects.
