肾病患者血清蛋白电泳图谱分析

Electrophoresis pattern analysis of serum protein in kidney patients

目的应用血清蛋白电泳分析肾病患者血清蛋白成分的变化,为临床肾病的诊断提供可靠的依据。方法利用琼脂糖凝胶电泳分析仪检测65例肾病患者和75例健康人的血清蛋白成分,并对两组人群的血清蛋白成分进行分析。结果肾病患者组蛋白电泳区带中的白蛋白、α1、α2、β四个区带百分比与健康组比较差异有高度统计学意义(P<0.001)。实验组γ球蛋白百分比与对照组比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论血清蛋白电泳的测定对肾病患者的诊断、治疗及预后有十分重要的意义。

Objective To analyze the change of components of serum protein in nephrotics by electrophoresis pattern, thus to provide reliable proof for clinical diagnosis of nephropathy.Methods Agarose gel electrophoresis analyzer was used to detect the components of serum proteins among 65 kidney patients and 75 healthy people, and the components of serum proteins between the two groups were analyzed.Re suits The percentage of albumin, a1;a2, and 13 in electrophoresis zone in kidney patients group is of high statistic significance（P〈0.00l）. The percentage of globulin in the experimental group is not remarkably different from that of the control group （P〉0.05）.Conelusion The measurement of serum protein electrophoresis plays a significant role in the diagnosis, treatment and prognosis for kidney patients.
