旅游非正规就业的群体特征与行业满意度——以青岛和烟台的旅游非正规部门调查为例

On the Group Features of Tourism Informal Employment and Industrial Satisfaction:Taking the Survey of Tourism Informal Departments in Qingdao and Yantai as An Example

文章回顾了国内外旅游非正规就业的研究文献,梳理了背后的研究脉络,构建了一个非正规就业的进入分析框架,提出了研究假说并进行了验证。文章以青岛和烟台的旅游非正规部门为例,利用第一手调研资料分析了旅游非正规就业群体的人口学特征和满意度,最后根据分析结果,提出相应的政策建议。

The paper retrospects study literature concerning tourism informal employment both at home and abroad and reviews the study train of thought behind it. The paper proposes an analytic framework of access to informal employment and offers its own study hypotheses for verification. The paper, taking the tourism informal departments in Qingdao and Yantai as an example, makes an analysis of the demographic feature of tourism informal employment groups and their satisfactory degree, using the first-hand survey data. Finally, corresponding policy suggestions are put forward in accordance with analytic results.
