兴城矿泉浴与UV-N紫外线治疗寻常型银屑病64例疗效观察

Curative effect observation on 64 cases of combining Xingcheng mineral bath and UV-N therapy to treat psoriasis vulgaris

目的探讨兴城矿泉浴与UV-N紫外线治疗寻常型银屑病的效果。方法选择寻常型银屑病64例,采用兴城矿泉浴治疗后,照射UV-N紫外线(以下称为治疗组);与58例寻常型银屑病,进行矿泉浴后照射黑光(以下称为黑光组)作比较分析。结果治疗组痊愈53例,占83%;好转9例,占14%;无效2例,占3%。黑光组痊愈46例,占79%;好转8例,占14%;无效4例,占7%。两组痊愈率比较,P>0.05,差异无统计学意义。但疗程缩短,治疗组平均治疗21.4次,黑光组平均治疗36.7次。结论 UV-N紫外线配合矿泉浴治疗寻常型银屑病,疗效好,疗程短,无需服用光敏剂,是治疗寻常型银屑病的有效方法。

Objective To observe the curative effect of combining Xingcheng mineral bath and UV-N therapy to treat psoriasis vulgaris.Methods 64 patients with psoriasis vulgaris were chosen to accept Xingcheng mineral bath and then UV-N exposure,and they were the treatment group.58 patients with psoriasis vulgaris were given mineral bath and then black light exposure,and they were the black light group.The two groups were compared and analyzed.Results In the treatment group,53 cases（83%）recovered thoroughly,9 cases（14%）improved and 2 cases（3%）did not change at all.In the black light group,46 cases（79%）recovered thoroughly,8 cases（14%）improved and 4 cases（6%）did not change at all.The difference of recovery rate between the two groups was not of statistic significance（P0.05）.But sharten,the treatment grout treated an average of 21.4 bimes,36.7 times the average black group therapy.Conclusion UV-N together with mineral bath can treat psoriasis vulgaris with good curative effect and short course.There is no need to take photosensitizer.So it is an effective way to treat psoriasis vulgaris.
