多普勒及电子血压计测量踝肱血压的分析探讨

Probe into using Doppler and electronic sphygmomanometer to measure ankle-brachial blood pressure

目的介绍多普勒和电子血压计两种踝肱血压的测量方法,分析探讨其利弊。方法从文献检索和临床实践中摸索两种测量方法的细节,并加以比较。结果两种方法测量踝肱血压及其指数(ABI)结果无显著差异,多普勒测压法测量ABI变异系数为7.3%,电子血压计法为3%,前者操作较烦琐,后者简便易行。结论相比多普勒测压法,电子血压计法简单可行、准确,可常规用于临床规模性的筛选、体检、科研。

Objective To introduce two measurements of ankle-brachial blood pressure by Doppler ultrasound and electronic sphygmomanometer and to analyze the respective advantages and disadvantages.Methods The details of the two measurements was acquired and compared from documentation retrieval and clinical practice.Results There was not obvious difference between the results of ankle brachial blood pressure and ankle brachial index by the two means.The coefficient of variation of ABI by Doppler measurement was 7.3 % , while it was 3 % by electronic sphygmomanometer.The former was quite complex to operate while the latter was quite easy.Conclusion Compared with Doppler ultrasound, electronic sphygmomanometer is convenient and accurate, and it can be used in large-scale clinical screening, physical examination and scientific research.
