大容量肺灌洗患者心理体验的调查分析

Investigation analysis of psychological experience of patients with whole-lung lavage

目的为深入了解和探索手术患者经历大容量肺灌洗术时的真实心理体验。方法采用深度访谈法收集20名大容量肺灌洗患者的资料,并用现象学分析法进行分析。结果通过阅读、分析、反思、分类和提炼主题,得出5个主题:①接受和期待。②恐惧焦虑。③对大容量肺灌洗知识缺乏。④角色行为退化。⑤细心护理的体验。结论大容量肺灌洗患者需要深切的人文关怀和心理支持,医护人员应了解患者经历大容量肺灌洗术时心灵深处的感受,采取个体化、针对性的心理情感支持措施,使患者更好地应对手术。

Objective To understand and explore in depth the real psychological experience of surgical patients after whole-lung lavage. Methods Depth interview method was adopted to collect the information of 20 patients with whole-lung lavage, and all the infor- mation was analyzed by phenomenology method.Results By reading, analysis, reflection, classification and subject-refining, we drew five themes as follows： ①acceptance and expectation. ②fear and anxiety. ③lack of knowledge about whole-lung lavage. ④degradation of role behavior. ⑤ experience of intensive nursing care.Conclusion The patients with whole-lung lavage desperately need humanistic concern and psychological support, and medical workers should understand the deep feelings of the patients with whole-lung lavage so that thay can provide individualized and pertinent emotional support to help the patients better react to surgery,
