摘要
以采煤机滚筒调高液压系统为对象,建立电液比例位置控制系统的数学模型,并通过Simulink仿真软件对PID控制器校正前、后系统的性能进行分析,结果表明校正后的系统响应速度和稳态精度得到了很大改善,在绝大部分场合可以用电液比例控制系统代替电液伺服控制系统。
Taking the shearer drum lift system as the subject, established the mathematical model of the electro-hydraulic propor- tion position control system and analysed the properties of the system that corrected and not corrected by PID by the way of Simu- link simulation. The results show that the speed of response and static precision of the corrected system are improved greatly. And the electro-hydraulic servo control system can be replaced by the electro-hydraulic proportion position control system in most cir- cumstances.
