摘要
以铝合金泵体端面铣削为例,分析了专用机床铣削铝合金零件的工艺方法和加工中存在的问题,重点对有关积屑瘤和表面划痕进行了工艺试验。通过优化刀具参数,采取新的工艺措施,改善了积屑瘤和表面划痕的现象,提高了加工精度、表面粗糙度和加工稳定性,降低了成本,在生产中取得了良好的经济效益。
Face milling of aluminum pump body,for example,analyse the special machine tool cutting aluminum alloy parts process method and processing problems ,focus on built-up edge and scratch on the surface of the process test. Through the optimization of tool parameters, adopt new technology measure, improve surface scratches phenomenon, improve the machining accuracy, surface roughness and processing stability,reduce the cost,have achieved good economic benefits.
