清胰颗粒对重症急性胰腺炎大鼠早期细菌移位抑制作用 被引量:1

Depressant Effect of Granule for Clearing Pancreas on Bacterial Translocation from Intestine in Rat Model of Severe Acute Pancreiatitis

摘要 目的:建立大鼠重症急性胰腺炎(SAP)模型,观察清胰颗粒对早期肠道细菌移位的抑制作用。方法:Wistar大鼠随机分为假手术组、模型组和清胰颗粒组。模型组和清胰颗粒组建立SAP模型,假手术组注射等量生理盐水。清胰颗粒组于造模前用清胰颗粒灌胃,模型组给予同量的安慰剂,各组于造模前用FITC标记的大肠杆菌灌胃,分别在造模后3、4、6、8 h活杀,取腹水、肠系膜淋巴结、胰腺组织并匀浆,检测荧光强度同时观察胰腺、回肠末端病理改变。结果:与模型组相比,清胰颗粒组各时段腹水、胰腺、肠系膜淋巴结荧光值均降低,胰腺组织及肠黏膜病理损害程度减轻。结论:清胰颗粒能够使肠道细菌移位菌数量减少并延缓脏器细菌移位的时间,减轻SAP时胰、肠组织的病理损害。 Objective: To observe the depressant effect of Granule for Clearing Pancreas on early bacterial transloeation from intestine by making up the rat model of severe acute pancreatitis. Methods : Wistar rats were di- vided into group of sham operation, model control group and treatment group randomly. Group of sham operation was given to normal saline part. aeq.. Treatment group was given to Granule for Clearing Pancreas by gavage be- fore making up model. And model control group was given to placebo mitt. tal.. Before making up model, coliba- cillus tagged by FITC was given to every group by gavage. At 3,4, 6, 8 hour after making up model the rats were killed, ascites was collected, and mesenterie lymph node and pancreatic tissue were done with homogenate. Patho- logical changes of pancreas and terminal ileum were observed at the same time of detecting by fluorescence intensi- ty. Results: Compared with model control group, pancreatic ascites and the fluorescence values of pancreas and mesenteric lymph node in treatment group were decreased in each time section, and the pathological lesions in pancreatic tissue and intestinal mucosa were reduced. Conclusion: Granule for Clearing Pancreas can reduce the amount of bacterial translocdtion from intestine, delay the process of bacterial transloedtion time, and lesson the pathological damage in pancreas and intestine
