摘要 目的:建立X射线荧光元素分析技术检测化妆品中的铅、砷。方法:X射线荧光元素分析仪,测试时间180 s,标准偏差2σ,采用模式:塑料模式。结果:铅元素浓度在9.93~100.10 mg.kg-1之间,砷元素浓度在4.98~100.10 mg.kg-1之间呈良好的线性关系。铅加样回收率为94.3%,砷加样回收率为97.6%。结论:本方法简便快速,适合化妆品中铅、砷的快速测定。 Objective: To establish a method for rapid determination of Pb and As elements in cosmetics by X - ray fluorescence elemental technology. Methods: X - ray fluorescence elemental analyzer was employed with the follow- ing settings, test time : 180 s, standard deviation : 2 σ, mode : plastic mode. Results: The linear ranges were 9.93 - 100. 10 mg . kg^-1 for Pb,and 4. 98 - 100. 10 mg . kg^-1 for As. The average recovery of Pb was 93.7% ,and that of As was 97.5%. Conclusion: The method is simple and rapid, which can be used for the rapid determination of Pb and As elements in cosmetics.
