摘要
目的:建立GC法测定感冒清热颗粒中胡薄荷酮的含量。方法:色谱柱为FFAP毛细管色谱柱(30 m×0.53 mm×1.0μm),柱温230℃,FID为检测器,选用乙酸乙酯作提取溶剂。结果:胡薄荷酮进样量在0.17~2.73μg范围内与峰面积线性关系良好(r=0.9999),平均加样回收率(n=6)为97.8%,RSD为1.0%。结论:该方法简便、可靠、准确,可用于该制剂的质量控制。
Objective: To establish the determination method of pulegone in Ganmao Qingre granules by GC. Methods:The samples were separated on a column of FFAP(30 m ×0. 53 mm × 1.0μm) ,column temperature was 230 ℃, the FID was used and the ethyl acetate was selected as the extraction agent. Results: The calibration curves showed good linearity in the range of 0. 17 -2. 73 μg( r =0. 9999). The average recovery( n = 6)was 97.8% with RSD of 1.0%. Conclusion: This method is simple, reliable, accurate and can be used for the quality control of the drug.
