小檗碱的分析方法及药理作用研究进展

Research progress in analysis methods and pharmacological effects of berberine

小檗碱是多种清热解毒类中药的有效成分,目前多用HPLC、紫外等方法进行测定。现代研究表明,小檗碱除了具有传统的抗菌、抗炎等药理作用外,还具有抗肿瘤、治疗心血管疾病、辅助治疗糖尿病等方面的作用,是一种具有广阔应用前景的化合物。本文主要对小檗碱的相关分析方法及药理研究进展进行了综述。

Berberine is the active ingredient of a variety of traditional Chinese medicines for heat - clearing and de- toxifying. HPLC, UV, etc. were the most common determination methods. Recent studies have shown that berberine is a compound with broad application prospects which not only can be used as traditional anti - bacterial and anti - inflammatory pharmacy, but also has effects on the antineoplastic in cancer cells, the treatment of cardiovascular dis- ease and diabetes. This paper reviewed the research progress in correlation analysis of berberine and pharmacologi- cal studies.
