自噬在脑缺血损伤中作用的研究进展 被引量:2

摘要 自噬(autophagy)是细胞受到刺激后,通过溶酶体途径降解细胞内物质的统称,广泛存在于真核细胞中,主要负责长半衰期蛋白及细胞器的降解和再利用,以电镜下出现大量双层膜结构的自噬体为特征。在真核生物体内,自噬是细胞在营养缺乏时的一种适应性反应,可为生物合成提供循环利用的原料,促进组织重构。
