手法整复夹板固定皮套牵引治疗不稳定型Colles骨折临床疗效观察

Therapeutic Effect of Combined Therapy of Manipulative Reduction, Splint Fixation,and Wrist Leather Cover Traction for Unstable Colles Fracture

【目的】观察不稳定型桡骨远端骨折(Colles骨折)经手法整复、夹板固定、皮套牵引治疗后的恢复情况,评定其临床疗效。【方法】采用手法整复、夹板固定、皮套牵引法治疗76例不稳定型Colles骨折患者,随访5～18个月,通过X线片观察患者骨折愈合情况,参照文献报道的功能及复位标准评估其疗效。【结果】(1)X线观察结果显示:76例患者全部骨折愈合。(2)复位及功能评估结果:优51例,良19例,差6例,优良率为92.1%。【结论】不稳定型Colles骨折经手法整复后夹板固定辅助皮套牵引法治疗,可取得满意的临床疗效,值得进一步推广应用。

Objective To evaluate the therapeutic effect of the combined therapy splint fixation, and wrist leather cover traction for unstable Colles fracture. Methods of manipulative reduction, Seventy-six unstable Colles fracture patients received the combined therapy of manipulative reduction, splint fixation, and wrist leather cover traction. After treatment, the patients were followed up for 5-18 months. The union of fracture was observed according to X-ray films, and the therapeutic effect was evaluated by referring to the function and reduction criteria reported in literatures. Results The results of X-ray films showed that the fracture in all of the 76 patients was healed. The results of function and reduction evaluation showed that the therapeutic effect was excellent in 51 patients, good in 19, inferior in 6, and the excellent and good rate was 92. 1% . Conclusion The combined therapy of manipulative reduction, splint fixation, and wrist leather cover traction shows satisfactory effect for the treatment of unstable Colles fracture.
