万应理伤膏中生物碱高效液相色谱指纹图谱研究

Study on HPLC Fingerprint of Alkaloids in Wanying Lishang Ointment

【目的】建立万应理伤膏中生物碱的高效液相色谱(HPLC)指纹图谱,为其质量标准的建立提供参考依据。【方法】色谱柱为Phenomenex C18(250 mm×4.6 mm,5μm);流动相:乙腈(A)—体积分数0.2%乙酸水(用浓氨水调pH值到10)(B),梯度洗脱;检测波长:240 nm;柱温:25℃。【结果】建立了该制剂的HPLC指纹图谱,确定了15个共有峰,10批产品相似度较高。【结论】该方法稳定、准确、可靠,重复性较高,为控制万应理伤膏内在质量提供了科学依据。

Objective To establish HPLC standard fingerprints from alkaloids of Wanying Lishang Ointment . Methods HPLC was performed on a Phenomenex C18 column （250 mm× 4. 6 mm, 5μm） with acetonitrile - 0.2% acetic acid （pH value being adjusted to 10） as mobile phase by gradient elution. The detection wavelength was set at 240 nm, and column temperature was 25 ℃. Results HPLC fingerprints for Wanying Lishang Ointment have been established, 15 common peaks were found in HPLC fingerprints, and 10 batches of the ointment had high similarity. Conclusion The established method is stable, accurate and reliable, and can provide scientific evaluation for the quality control of Wanting Lishang Ointment.
