苦荞米荞一号在不同生态环境的性状表型研究 被引量:3

摘要 本文研究了海拔2600、2300、2000和1600 m不同生态环境对苦荞米荞一号的株高、分枝数、株粒数、株粒重、千粒重、出米率、籽粒中黄酮(芦丁)含量等性状的影响。结果表明:米荞一号在西昌市1600 m生态环境下其株粒数、株粒重、千粒重、出米率等显著高于海拔2600、2300、2000 m生态环境的相关指标;在布拖县海拔2300 m生态环境下,米荞一号茎秆和叶片干物质的累积数量显著高于其它生态区域的累积数量;不同生态区域,米荞一号茎、叶、花、果中黄酮含量存在显著性差异,在美姑县2600 m的生态区域,米荞一号茎、叶、花和果在不同生育时期的黄酮(芦丁)含量最高,且黄酮(芦丁)含量随着海拔高度的增加而增加。 In this paper, the effect of different ecological environments on the some traits of ' Miqiao. 1 ' Bitter Buckwheat, such as plant height, branch number, general grain number, general grain weight, 1000-geain weight, white rice yield, Flavonoid (turin) content in seed, etc. , were studied at the four different altitudes of 2600, 2300, 2000 and 1600 m. The result showed that at first, general grain num- ber, general grain weight, 1000-grain weight, white rice yield of ' Miqian. 1' at 1600 m altitude were the greatest than that at another differ- ent altitudes in Xichang city; secondly, dry matter accumulation in stems and leaves of ' Miqiao. 1 ' at 2300 m was significantly greater than that of other at three different altitudes in Bu Tuo county; finally, Flavonoid (rutin) content was significantly different in stems, leaves, flowers and fruits of ' Miqiao. 1' in different ecological environments, of which the highest percentage in different growth stages of four kinds of organs was in 2600 m altitude ecological region in Mei Gu county and falconoid(rutin) content increased with altitude height rising.
