摘要
本文以生态环境影响评价理论为基础,分别从生态系统服务价值、土地利用类型动态度和生态价值敏感度对本次安县土地利用总体规划进行生态环境影响评价。结果表明,在安县新一轮的土地利用总体规划中,其生态系统服务总价值增加了3400万元;土地利用类型动态度最大的为园地、其他农用地和自然保留地;生态价值敏感性指数从高到低依次是林地>耕地>园地>水域>滩涂沼泽>自然保留地>牧草地>其他农用地>城镇用地。
With the complement of general land use planning, it was important to evaluate ecological environment impact. The assessment was finished in the environmental impact theory, which the ecosystem services value method, land use dynamic degree and the coeflScient of sensitivity were adopted to evaluate the general land use planning of Anxian county of ecological environment impact in this article. It was showed that the total value of ecological services was increased for 3400 ten thousand RMB than no planning. The biggest use dynamic degree was orchard, other agricultural land and natural reserve. The ecological coefficient of sensitivity order was forest land 〉 cultivated land 〉 garden land 〉 water 〉 swamp water surfaces 〉 natural reserve 〉 grassland 〉 other agricultural land 〉 town, which was fi'om high to lOW.
