摘要
利用根癌农杆菌对谢瓦氏曲霉间型变种进行了遗传转化。结果表明:遗传转化的效率为60~90个转化子/106个分生孢子,转化子的遗传性状比较稳定;谢瓦氏曲霉间型变种对潮霉素B比较敏感,20μg/mL就可以抑制真菌的生长。遗传转化体系的建立为后继基因功能的研究提供了重要工具。
Agrobacterium tumefacines had successfully been used for the genetic transformation of Aspergillus chevalieri var.intermedius.The results showd that the generic transformation efficiency was 60-90 transformants per 106 conidia.The selected transformants was genetically stable and the transformation system mediated by A.tumefacines would be a useful tool for functional gene study.In addition,A.chevalieri var.intermedius was very sensitive to Hygromicin B and its growth was totally obstructed at 20 μg/mL.
